Although licensing for contractors is not available in the Capital District, Heartstone Construction is fully insured and is a registered corporation with New York State.

How do you approach cleaning the job site daily and at the end of major stages of work?
Maintaining a clean, orderly work space is a priority for us. We will sweep or vacuum those areas that are not directly under construction before we leave the work site each day.
Do you have your own crew or do you rely solely on subcontractors?
We have our own crew and therefore rarely consult subcontractors.
How many other jobs will you be working on during my job?
To avoid delays, we work on only one job at a time and complete it in its entirety before moving on to another job.
Do you offer financing?
We are happy to discuss financing options with you. We do require a down payment.
How long does it take to prepare an estimate?
We will quote the exact cost for your job within two days.
